About the role

Working closely with the Sales team and Operational leaders, you will be responsible for driving the Hotel’s marketing activities to help grow the brand. You will play a key role in promoting our products to a wider audience and contributing to press releases.

• Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials, whether internal or external
• Assist in website design and optimization to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Create the design of the collateral materials in accordance with the brand guidelines for all elements of the hotel such as Marketing, Sales, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Weddings, Menus, Transportation and more.
• Responding to positive online reviews and/ or coordinating responses to negative online reviews
• Collaborate with multiple teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, photography, and digital content creation.

About you

• At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and press releases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website design best practices is necessary.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, for business purposes.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
