Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage emails, phone calls
Enter new sales, generate quotes and issue invoices
Maintain spreadsheets for moulding orders, freight quotes and stocktake
Obtain quotes from freight companies
Order from suppliers when required
Accounts Support:
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using MYOB.
Enter purchases in MYOB and close off paid purchases when required
Balance daily eftpos/electronic statements with banking statements
General Duties:
Liaise with suppliers on progress of orders
Provide support for ad-hoc projects and team initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative and/or accounts roles (1-2 years preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. MYOB) is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
