We are seeking an experienced (ETO) Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Tanis Australia Pty Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of critical projects that drive the growth and innovation of our business. Based at our Chipping Norton site, NSW, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects from initiation to completion

Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure milestones are met

Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans as needed

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, facilitating effective collaboration and communication

Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders and key decision-makers

Implement and continuously improve project management processes and best practices

Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the manufacturing or sector

Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed plans, manage risks, and oversee multiple workstreams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project
