About the Role

As Project Manager at Valen Power, you’ll be pivotal in planning, delivering, and leading projects that matter—from critical off-grid systems to grid-tied power solutions. You’ll take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing multiple projects from initiation through to commissioning.

Liaising with teams across sales, operations, and client stakeholders.

Coordinating technical design, procurement, logistics, and site works.

Maintaining project documentation, stakeholder communication, and progress reporting.

Upholding Valen’s integrated safety, environmental, and quality management standards.

What You Bring

Proven experience in project management—ideally within electrical or energy infrastructure.

Technical understanding of DC/AC systems, batteries, inverters, MPPTs, and electrical schematics.

Familiarity with commissioning (FAT/SAT), integration protocols (Modbus, Canbus), and basic programming.

Ability to interpret SLDs and work collaboratively with structural/civil engineers.

A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a team-first mindset.

Experience with brands such as Pylontech, Victron, CE+T, or Enetek is a bonus—but not essential.
