Strata Embassy has been around for 6-years and has grown into one of eastern Sydney's largest boutique strata companies with 65 buildings under management. Our office is based in Potts Point with natural light and district views. The team is young and energetic and our office is dog friendly, so if you have a dog you can bring them to work.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a licenced Strata Manager.

Knowledge of strata laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in strata management software and MS Office Suite.

Current certificate of registration as a Strata Manager.

Driver's license and reliable transportation (desirable).

Tasks & responsibilities

Manage your own portfolio of strata plans, including financial management, administrative tasks, and property maintenance.

Ensure compliance with strata laws, regulations, and by-laws.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.

Liaise with property owners, residents, contractors, and service providers.

Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

Prepare budgets, financial reports, and annual general meeting documentation.

Resolve disputes and handle inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
