About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised part - time Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Culture team for a 6-month fixed term. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll support recruitment and onboarding across all departments, while also assisting with general HR administration and employee lifecycle tasks.
You’ll play a key part in helping us grow by coordinating end-to-end recruitment, creating a positive onboarding experience, and keeping our HR processes running smoothly. Based in our Gosford office, you’ll work alongside a collaborative and passionate team that’s committed to supporting both operational goals and employee wellbeing. This role is perfect for anyone with previous Recruitment experience or someone studying Human Recourses or Business and looking for a part-time role to apply their studies.
Key Role Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new starters, including preparation of contracts, onboarding documents, system access, logging assets, scheduling internal training and ongoing check ins.
Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and platforms including Employment Hero.
Support compliance-related tasks such as background checks, training tracking, and policy distribution.
Assist with general HR admin including internal communications, reporting, and employee lifecycle support.
Provide timely and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Skills
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills across competing deadlines.
A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude.
The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Experience
1+ year in a recruitment, HR, or admin support role (desirable).
Experience coordinating interviews or onboarding processes.
Familiarity with HRIS or recruitment platforms (e.g., Employment Hero, SEEK, LinkedIn).
A customer-focused background with strong interpersonal skills.
