The Opportunity
We're currently seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our client based in Lansvale. This client is a key player in the commercial and industrial door and windows industry and is looking for someone who can hit the ground running. This role is available for an immediate start.
What's on Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of $35/hour
- Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Ongoing opportunity with potential for permanent employment

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule logistics in bound and outbound at the facility
- Manage communications via phone and email to confirm, update, or reschedule transport
- Maintain up-to-date records in the logistics in the Warehouse Management System
- Liaise between internal teams in both warehouse & production
- Generate and process job documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and con notes
- Escalate delays or conflicts quickly to reduce downtime and maximise scheduling efficiency
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in logistics scheduling, dispatching, or coordination - ideally within a trades, service, or warehousing environment
- Strong communication skills and customer focus - you're confident on the phone and responsive via email
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust schedules quickly based on real-time issues
- Sound data entry and administrative capabilities with good attention to detail
- Proficiency in scheduling or job management software is highly regarded
