The Opportunity
We're currently seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our client based in Lansvale. This client is a key player in the commercial and industrial door and windows industry and is looking for someone who can hit the ground running. This role is available for an immediate start.

• Competitive hourly rate of $35/hour
• Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule logistics in bound and outbound at the facility
• Manage communications via phone and email to confirm, update, or reschedule transport
• Maintain up-to-date records in the logistics in the Warehouse Management System
• Liaise between internal teams in both warehouse & production
• Generate and process job documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and con notes
• Escalate delays or conflicts quickly to reduce downtime and maximise scheduling efficiency

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in logistics scheduling, dispatching, or coordination - ideally within a trades, service, or warehousing environment
• Strong communication skills and customer focus - you're confident on the phone and responsive via email
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust schedules quickly based on real-time issues
• Sound data entry and administrative capabilities with good attention to detail
• Proficiency in scheduling or job management software is highly regarded
