About the role

DSD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator to support the successful delivery of construction projects from Kogarah, NSW. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of project workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Compile weekly project reports and operation & maintenance manuals

Assist Project Managers with trade scoping, tender reviews, and subcontractor letting

Prepare and issue subcontracts, consultancy agreements, and purchase orders

Support project cost tracking, budget reviews, and financial reporting

Manage WHS documentation and compliance requirements

Assist with building approval and compliance documentation

Review architectural, structural, and services drawings

What we're looking for

1–3 years’ experience in the construction industry

Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)

Familiarity with project financial and document management software such as Jobpac, Procore, or Cheops (preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work across multiple projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills
