Position Description

Assist with the preparation and cooking of meals across lunch and dinner services

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and report to senior chefs

Rotate through different sections to build skills and experience

Follow OH&S and food safety procedures

Position Requirements

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment

A passion for cooking and willingness to learn

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or working towards it)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
