We are looking for a Full-Time experienced Chef de Partie (Minimum 2, recommended 3 years) in a similar role.

Salary of $76,515 (38 hours)

An experienced Chef de Partie with a strong background in European cuisine who has completed an apprenticeship or who has passed the appropriate trade test

Good attendance, punctuality, politeness and a strong approach to work are required

Ability to work under pressure ensuring good with effective communication

Prepares and cooks food according to recipes

Monitors food quality and presentation

Manages and trains Cooks and Kitchenhands in food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety

Orders and maintains inventory of food

Collaborates with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes

Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Completed Apprenticeship

Completion of Cert IV – Minimum 2, recommended 3 years of work experience

Food Handling Certificate

Understanding of Food Safety
