This position will oversee the afternoon shift production team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, train and mentor the afternoon shift production team
• Identify training needs and organise training sessions for production staff
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards; implement quality control programs
• Collaborate with management to implement company policies and goals
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role essential
• Experience within an FMCG environment ideal
• Strong leadership and training ability
• Experience meeting production deadlines, targets and KPIs
