We work with adults through NDIS, Home Care Packages, Veteran Affairs and private referrals. Our niche? We’re known for leading Parkinson’s care in Melbourne’s southeast — and we're building a neuro-informed hub around it.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll be supporting adult clients in the community with:

Swallowing, voice and cognitive communication therapy

Home visits and telehealth (clients grouped close to your location)

Documentation and goal-setting using our systems (e.g., Cliniko)

Referrals and care coordination with GPs, carers, and other providers

Low-complexity TAC, DVA, and HCP clients to start – you’ll build confidence fast

Optional: grow into NDIS or Parkinson’s-focused caseloads

Contribute to quality improvement or group program design

Participate in team supervision and one-on-one mentorship

Help shape our emerging neuro hub (if that’s your jam)

Enjoy a manageable caseload and structured admin time

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

Have 1–2 years’ experience post-grad in speech pathology (not suitable for new grads)

Want a community-based, adult-focused role with variety

Feel confident working solo, but love learning and connecting with a team

Are curious about Parkinson’s or neurological communication therapies

Have SPA membership, WWCC, police check, driver's license and your own car
