Bayside Speech Pathology Service is committed to providing high-quality speech therapy services to clients aged 0 - 18 years with a range of communication support needs including speech and language delays and disorders, fluency and AAC. Bayside Speech Pathology Service offers a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients

Provide therapy in a variety of settings including clients' homes, schools, kindys and childcare centres

Collaborate with other allied health professionals and stakeholders to ensure integrated care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology

Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia

1+ years of experience in the field

Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Current Blue Card/WWCC

Current Driver's Licence and registered car

Additional certifications (e.g. Hanen, Prompt) desirable but not essential

Ability to work autonomously with regular support opportunities provided
