Speech Pathologist – Community & Telehealth
Hourly rate: $115 (inclusive of casual loading) | Hours: 24–30 p/w, choose your days

Location: Hybrid – work from home for telehealth & documentation + community visits across metro Melbourne as required.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a small but mighty Speech team and shape your caseload—mix paediatric language delay, adult neuro, AAC or swallowing depending on your passion. With full admin/back-office support, you’ll spend your time doing therapy, not chasing paperwork.

Key responsibilities

Holistic speech, language, fluency & swallowing assessments

Goal-centred therapy in homes, day programs or via secure telehealth

AAC assessment / prescription and NDIS AT reports

Mealtime management plans and education of families & support workers

Concise, audit-ready documentation in our paperless CRM within 48 hrs

Contribute to in-house PD sessions and mentor junior assistants

About You

SPA registered Speech Pathologist (new grads welcome—structured supervision ready!)

Australian working rights + Victorian Driver Licence

Are passionate about working with clients from all walks of life

Great communicator who can build trust with CALD and Aboriginal communities

Holding or are willing to obtain a WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, first aid certificate
