About the Role
As the Learning and Development Manager, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of online training programs using Talent LMS. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and clients to ensure content is relevant, compliant, and impactful.

Volo is a new player in the digital sector, currently in its exciting startup phase. Volo Digital has emerged from a Digital Solutions team within an established service provider with many years of experience. As they prepare for their launch, Outsourced Professional Services is assisting them in finding their next group of talented professionals.

Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop online training modules using Talent LMS
· Apply instructional design principles to create inclusive and effective learning experiences
· Maintain and update training content to meet industry standards
· Engage with internal teams and clients to understand training needs
· Report on training usage, learner progress, and KPIs
· Contribute to strategic learning initiatives and digital transformation

About You
· 3+ years’ experience in learning and development or instructional design
· Proficient in Talent LMS or similar platforms
· Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility standards
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Tertiary qualifications in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
· Blue Card and Disability Services Positive Notice Card (or willingness to obtain)
· Current driver’s licence
