About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven Marketing & Community Coordinator to join our growing, values-led wellness brand on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, purpose-driven environment and is looking for meaningful work.
You'll help shape the way we show up in the world, online and off, leading coordinated marketing efforts, building community, and ensuring everything we do reflects our brand values and vision.
This is a hands-on, strategic and creative role that will suit a well-rounded marketer looking to make a real impact as we expand.
Reporting directly to the owners, you’ll gain first-hand experience seeing your work come to life in a fast-moving, purpose-led environment. We’re a small, high-accountability team, so this role suits someone who’s proactive, self-driven, and thrives on owning outcomes from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
Marketing Execution: Support and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, grow our community, and drive meaningful engagement across platforms.
Team Coordination: Align in-house and external creatives, content producers and community partners around marketing goals.
Content Oversight & Creation: Plan, brief and/or create compelling content across social media, email, SMS, and internal channels - aligned with brand tone, seasonal opportunities, and campaign priorities.
Campaign Management: Run and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including promotions, launches, community activations and digital initiatives.
Digital Ads (Agency Liaison): Work closely with our external digital ads agency, ensuring alignment with broader strategy, providing campaign context, and monitoring performance and results.
Community & Partnerships: Help build our ambassador and external partner network to amplify our presence and create meaningful collaborations.
PR & Events: Contribute to events and media opportunities that drive positive buzz and elevate the brand.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in marketing, content or brand coordination
Excellent communication skills - both written and visual
Hands-on knowledge of social platforms, email marketing tools, and brand content planning
Experience working with or managing external creatives and agencies
Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to keep timelines and stakeholders on track
A passion for wellness, creativity, storytelling and community
