With 10 franchised stores across South East Queensland and growing, we are looking for a driven, passionate leader to help us raise the bar in the Supplement industry.
The Opportunity: We are looking for a Retail Performance Manager to support and develop our Store Managers across the business. This is not a head office or admin role, it's a people-first, field-based leadership position designed to coach, challenge, and help managers grow. You’ll work closely with our Store Managers to strengthen leadership capability, improve team performance, and ensure consistent execution across all stores. You’ll play a hands-on role in coaching, setting clear expectations, and holding teams accountable to KPIs and brand standards.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Store Performance & Team Leadership:
Run fortnightly 1:1 coaching calls with Store Managers
Provide leadership guidance and performance accountability
Support Store Managers with KPI tracking, team development and culture building
Collaborate with our Retail Trainer on in-store execution and improvement
Coordinate team bonding and culture initiatives
Identify trends across stores and provide solutions
Training, Systems & Processes:
Oversee training compliance via our training platform and onboarding follow-through
Monitor and manage task systems to ensure accountability
Assist our Operations Manager to create SOPs, policies, and how-to documents to improve store-level operations
Support execution of new initiatives, promotions, and in-store rollouts
Communication, Reporting & Execution Compliance:
Act as the communication bridge between store managers and the Ops Manager
Report store-level patterns, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
Maintain clarity in follow-ups and document key decisions/action items
Follow up on audit actions, store task completion, and weekly meeting outcomes
Who You Are:
A people-focused leader with multi-site or senior retail experience
Skilled at coaching, giving feedback, and lifting others up
Strong with systems and follow-up (You know how to hold others accountable without micro-managing)
Confident analysing KPIs and identifying what's needed to improve
A clear communicator who leads with emotional intelligence
You thrive on being the bridge between vision and action
You lead by example, show up with intent, and actively seek out growth opportunities that align with our broader business strategy
Work Environment & Travel:
This role is primarily work-from-home, offering flexibility and autonomy. However, you will be required to travel to stores approximately 3–5 days per month to provide hands-on support, run training sessions, and complete in-store reviews. Our stores are located in Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Kingaroy, Toowoomba, Browns Plains, Carindale, Kawana, Maroochydore, Robina and Burleigh Heads.
To set you up for success, you’ll also complete an initial 2-week in-store training period to gain a solid understanding of day-to-day store operations and expectations.
