Your Role
As a Branch Manager at Brandis Hire, you’ll be at the forefront of people leadership, business development, converting leads into loyal customers, and nurturing existing relationships to drive continued growth. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from first contact to close, and everything in between. We’re not just looking for a numbers person—we want someone who takes pride in building strong connections with your internal team, solving problems, and finding ways to make customers’ lives easier and a positive team culture.

Sometimes, you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and dive into the operational side, coordinating freight deliveries or working with our stock team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every interaction matters, and attention to detail is key.

What You Bring
You’re a high-performing Manager with a track record to prove it. You’re not afraid to hustle, build relationships, and go the extra mile to deliver results with your team. You know how to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment and can pivot when challenges arise. You enjoy the satisfaction that comes from mentoring your team and seeing them succeed in their role.

2-3 years experience in a successful sales role in a leadership position.

Rental/Hire Industry experience is highly regarded.

Strong communication skills to engage customers and build trust.

Problem-solving mentality and ability to think on your feet.

Understanding of CRM systems.

Ability to manage time and work autonomously and ability to receive feedback.

Ability to sell over the phone, email and face to face (time to time).

Manage a portfolio of clientele.

High level literacy for data entry, communication over the phone and email.

Ability to work cohesively in a team and work towards an individual and common goal.

Ability to contribute to the branch culture positively whilst achieving individual targets.

Valid Australian driver’s license and the right to work in Australia.
