About the Role
Are you a motivated and professional administrator with a passion for patient care and high-quality service? As a Frontline Admin Officer within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Outpatient Support Services, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients attending outpatient clinics. Reporting to the Outpatient Coordinator, you'll provide vital frontline support, maintaining confidentiality and delivering consistent, courteous service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team of multi-skilled administrative professionals responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of outpatient administrative services across the network. About You
You are a motivated and professional administrator who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With strong communication and organisational skills, you are passionate about delivering high-quality support and ensuring a positive experience for both patients and staff.
Strong ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Proven communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience in providing high-quality customer service and admin support
Confident using Microsoft Office, medical terminology, and audio-typing
