About the Role

As Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a small team to complete gardening and landscaping projects to a high standard. You’ll work hands-on while coordinating jobs, managing tools, and liaising with clients.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who:

Has hands-on experience in gardening and landscaping

Is confident operating garden tools and machinery

Has strong plant knowledge

Can communicate professionally with clients and team members

Holds a valid driver’s license (must be able to tow a trailer)

Is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work

Has leadership skills and can manage time and priorities effectively
