Our Centre is a 50 place, family owned long day care that prides itself on its excellent relationships with families and staff. We are looking for someone committed, passionate, bubbly and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities of child care Director include:

Play a major role in the overall operations of the centre.

Maintaining the high quality of the service in line with the NQS and EYLF

Lead a team great of educators

Administrative duties including but not limited to emails, accounts and enrolments.

Maintaining family relationships

The person we are looking for will have:

Extensive experience in a Director role, minimum 3+ years experience

Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Hold a minimum qualification of Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching or a Diploma

Hold current WWCC, First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates

Have excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQS

Experience with OWNA (preferred)

Ideally you will have extensive experience as a Director, Room leader or 2IC
