The Role

As our Nominated Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of the centre, working closely with the Approved Provider and educational leadership team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, compliant, and inspiring early learning program. You will play a key role in mentoring our educators, guiding pedagogical practices, and cultivating strong, respectful partnerships with families and the broader community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the service in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)

Ensure the service operates within compliance of all relevant legislation and regulations

Guide and mentor a team of educators to deliver child-led, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF

Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families to foster a strong sense of belonging

Work in partnership with the Approved Provider to continually reflect, plan, and improve

Oversee enrolments, rosters, compliance documentation, and day-to-day administration

Embed the service’s philosophy and family values into all aspects of leadership and decision-making

About You

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Eligible to be appointed as the Nominated Supervisor (or already holding this designation)

Minimum 2+ years’ leadership experience in an early childhood setting

Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and National Law & Regulations

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to build positive, supportive relationships with educators, families, and children

Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
