What We’re Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

Strong leadership experience in early childhood settings.

Deep knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations.

Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills.

Passion for inclusive practice, family engagement, and ongoing quality improvement.
