Learning Blocks Childcare is seeking a dedicated Nominated Supervisor to lead our team and help shape a high quality early learning environment in the Blacktown LGA.

About the Role:

As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the daily operations and overall success of the centre. You’ll lead a passionate team of educators, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and foster a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment for children aged 0–6 years.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or Working towards ECT
✔ Proven experience in a leadership or Nominated Supervisor role
✔ Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance frameworks
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✔ A passion for mentoring and supporting educators
✔ A commitment to building respectful partnerships with families and the wider community

An understanding of setting up a new centre is highly regarded, though not essential.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certifications
• Child Protection Training
• Full working rights in Australia
