We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a portfolio of large, small to medium size, complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through to commissioning. You'll be collaborating with world-class scientists, researchers, engineers, external contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes that make a difference.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Engaging with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, develop business cases, and drive innovative solutions

• Conducting detailed project planning, risk management, and resource forecasting for capital works and infrastructure delivery

• Building and managing effective relationships with customers, technical teams, and executive stakeholders, providing clear updates and presentations

• Manage project risk by proactively tracking cost forecasting, task scheduling, contract administration and resolving critical issues

The expertise we're looking for:

• All applicants must be Australian Citizens

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, science or related field

• Formal project management qualifications (e.g. Diploma of Project Management, PMI certification)

• Prince2 project management experience highly regarded

• Experience with Commonwealth Procurement Rules advantageous

• Strong experience managing technical multi-disciplinary projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to contribute to and foster a high-performing, team-oriented environment
