Customer Insights Manager required to lead a team of Analysts in providing outcome-focused insights to business leaders for a well-known bank

Responsibilities:

• leading a team of Analysts in analysing relevant data around Customer Resolution, and building insightful reporting solutions
• defining and implementing a data analytics and reporting strategy which ensures provision of relevant and actionable reports
• engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights and recommendations which align with strategic goals
• providing support and training to Analysts as the team employs new toosl and technologies

Requirements:

• extensive data analysis and advanced analytics background
• strong coding skills using SQL and, ideally, Python
• excellent dashboard development skills, with experience using Tableau and/or Power BI
• proven team and technical leadership experience
• strong background delivering outcome-focused insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• solid background working in the banking or financial services industry
