About the role
A Data Platform and Governance Manager is required to play a hands-on role in shaping data strategy. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of data systems, governance frameworks, and the delivery of scalable data platforms and architecture.

What's Required
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data management, with a least 3 years in a manager role. In addition they will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in data tools, technologies, and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Hadoop, Spark, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Extensive experience in data architecture, analytics, and data governance.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data warehousing.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing data teams.
• Experience with data privacy laws and regulations.
• Prior experience in the health industry and exposure to Patient Managemet Systems (highly regarded)
