You'll be leading projects from initial handover through to completion, managing stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams, and ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. What You'll Need:

A proven track record delivering commercial fit out or refurb projects $5M+

Solid knowledge of construction methodology, contracts, and compliance

Strong leadership and communication skills
