Baytina is growing and we’re bringing our signature tile collections and fast-paced service to Sydney.

With our headquarters and designer showroom established in the Australian capital, we’re now opening a brand-new display space in Moorebank and are on the lookout for a confident, motivated Showroom Sales Consultant to help lead the way.

This isn’t your typical retail role, it’s an opportunity to be part of a company that works closely with builders, developers, and designers, supplying tiles for everything from large-scale apartment projects to custom high-end homes. You’ll play a key role in our Sydney team, while staying connected to our Canberra sales and warehouse hub.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing day-to-day operations of our Sydney showroom

Presenting tile collections to walk-in clients, builders, and designers

Assisting with colour schemes, selections, and product advice

Creating quotes, invoices, and managing orders and stock levels

Coordinating with our Canberra-based team to ensure seamless delivery and support

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years experience in showroom, retail, or B2B sales

Fluent in English, confident, and professionally presented

Interest in interior design, construction, or architectural products

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Experience with quoting, invoicing, and CRM/customer systems is highly valued
