We’re on the hunt for a passionate, creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team part-time (20 hours/week). This role is designed to fit around your university schedule, offering flexibility in hours and hybrid work options.

About the Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a key support to the Product and Digital Marketing Executives, assisting in the planning and delivery of exciting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to grow your skills across digital marketing, social media, content creation, campaign coordination and more, all while gaining real-world experience in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support marketing campaigns from concept to execution and performance analysis

Assist with SEO/SEM activity in collaboration with our digital agency

Manage and create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Help maintain and update B2B and B2C websites

Create and coordinate marketing materials for product launches

Assist with planning and execution of B2B and B2C communications calendar including eDM campaigns

Contribute to online product catalogue maintenance, training resources and after-sales stock management

Liaise with external agencies, designers, and suppliers to deliver creative projects

Work as part of a team to plan and run events, tradeshows and conferences

Prepare reports and analyse marketing performance data

What We’re Looking For

Currently studying a degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field (final-year preferred)

Strong writing and communication skills

A creative mind with a passion for branding and content

Social media savvy and familiar with digital marketing tools

Detail-oriented, organised and proactive

Highly self-motivated, dynamic but able to work as part of a team

Bonus points for experience with Adobe Creative Suite, website CMS or analytics platforms
