About the Role
The Records Officer is responsible for ensuring student and corporate records are scanned and stored accurately within the colleges record management system. They provide key support college wide for ensuring hard copy records are scanned and recorded as per the college Record Keeping Plan, and methodical and accurate record management.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in recordkeeping with an administration background and be able to work effectively within a team, with a focus on attention to detail, strong computer skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and communicate effectively both within the team as well as with a range of clients including managers, team leaders and lecturers.
