Radiant Smiles Dental Bundoora is located in the magnificent and trendy Polaris Shoping center just off Plenty Road in Bundoora.

We are a small team that includes Principal dentist, Practice manager and two Dental Assistants and a receptionist. We are multidisciplinary practice, and offers all kind of procedures including General, Cosmetic and Implant dentistry.

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for a part-time role, working 3-4 days, in our family dental practice. The ideal candidate would be someone with a passion for helping patients and is a team player with strong work ethics.

Tasks and responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner

Manage appointment bookings and confirmations

Process patient payments including HICAPS and perform daily banking

Data entry and mailing tasks and maintaining accurate patient records

Management of all Lab pick up and drop offs

Communicating effectively with patients and referring dentists

Supporting the team with general admin duties and occasional assistance in steri or surgery if required

Skills and Experience

Team player with excellent communication and time management skills

Is a friendly, professional, and patient-focused person

Has the ability to work independently, stick to the mandates and follow instructions

Has experience in dental reception, but we are happy to train the right person

Can show initiative, attention to detail, and has a genuine desire to help others
