We are an IT Consultancy based in Osborne Park. We focus on client solutions and satisfaction, utilising Microsoft technologies. Our clients are from a broad range of industries including Healthcare, Mining and Resources, Government and Not for Profits.

About the role

We're looking for team members who are passionate about technology and problem-solving, whether it is a simple issue that enables a user to work faster or a solution that improves efficiency/productivity for a big team. If you have had exposure to any of the following, then this role could be for you;

Document Control / Records Management

Gathering functional or technical requirements

Configuring solutions using the M365 Suite (SharePoint / Dynamics / Power Platform)

Experience as part of a project delivery team

Responsibilities:

Leading discovery workshops and attentively listening to understand the rationale behind decisions

Collaborating with clients, business managers, team members and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical requirements

Advising clients on the adoption of solutions based on best practices

Implementing our proprietary SharePoint solutions in line with business and technical requirements

Explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to gain buy-in on the proposed solution

Developing documentation to support recommendations and solution configuration

Delivering training for our solutions and providing ongoing support of our solutions to existing clients

Skills and Experience

Ideally our new Business Analyst will have:

Hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 Applications including but not limited to SharePoint, MS Teams, and the Power Platform

Strong analytical skills, problem solving and logical reasoning

Good interpersonal skills, able to deal with technical and business stakeholders

Migration skills utilising Microsoft's SharePoint Migration Tool or ShareGate would be highly regarded

Experience in a consulting or similar role also an advantage.
