We are dedicated to working together to achieve the best possible outcomes and are guided by our intention to:

  • Be a quality employer.

Salary Starting from $92,321

Do you love leading projects and making real improvements in how organisations manage their information? The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven Information Management Project Officer to join our team on a fixed-term, full-time basis for 18 months.

In this role, you'll take the lead on a range of exciting information management projects—think system upgrades, digitisation, process improvements, and legislative compliance (like PRIS and PCI-DSS). You'll work closely with teams across the organisation to deliver real, lasting improvements to how we manage and protect information.

Around 70% of your time will focus on project planning, coordination, and delivery. The other 30% will see you supporting our day-to-day records management operations, helping teams stay compliant and confident with their recordkeeping.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands records management principles, has experience working with EDRMS systems (especially Ci Anywhere), and enjoys collaborating with others to solve problems and improve systems.

If you're organised, a great communicator, and ready to contribute to modernising how we manage information across the City - this role could be for you.
