Hub total fitness' is seeking an experienced and friendly Receptionist/Membership Consultant to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. This is a casual role, providing an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced fitness environment and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and greeting members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Handling customer inquiries and providing information about our gym, classes and membership options

Assisting with new member sign-ups, renewals, and other administrative tasks

Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area

Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive member experience

Supporting the wider fitness team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers

Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Enthusiasm for health, fitness and wellness, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals

Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Computer literacy and proficiency in using membership management or point-of-sale systems
