As part of this exciting opening, we are looking for a driven and customer-focused Store / Showroom Manager to lead the store, drive performance and deliver a standout customer experience, in a full-time capacity working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the customer experience – greet, assist and consult customers through the smart home journey

Manage the end-to-end customer experience, from initial query to sale completion, using our CRM

Showcase smart living solutions through engaging product demonstrations

Drive sales through consultative selling and up-selling

Respond to retailer queries regarding sales, stock availability, tracking and deliveries

Make follow-up calls after job completion and gather customer feedback

Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and visual merchandising

About You

Previous experience working in a retail showroom and/or in the technology field

Passionate about sales and technology or experience in smart home, consumer electronics, or security systems is a plus

Strong communication skills and highly personable, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships

Self-motivated and a high attention to detail

Presentable, confident and a professional attitude
