Are you a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, food and design?
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team across The Hilton Hotel group, supporting our brands: Mybar, Bobbi’s Restaurant, Hilton Executive Apartments, Thirsty Camel and more!

About the Role:

Reporting directly to our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll assist in creating and executing engaging visual content that brings our venues and experiences to life. From venue signage to digital campaigns, no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics for print and digital, including:

In-venue signage and promotional material

Social media posts and campaign assets

Digital billboards and EDM visuals

Menu production

Support the rollout of seasonal campaigns and event promotions

Assist with basic administrative marketing tasks as required

Work collaboratively with venue managers, event coordinators and kitchen/bar teams to bring concepts to life

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

A portfolio showcasing strong layout, typography, and branding skills

A can-do attitude and willingness to work across multiple venues and briefs

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience with social media design formats (Instagram, Facebook, Stories, Reels etc)

An understanding of hospitality or events (a bonus, not essential)
