ENTRY LEVEL INTO FIFO: Administrator/ Junior HSE

📍 Location: Site Based FIFO role. Fly in from Major Australian airports

🕒 Hours: Monday to Saturday | Every Sunday off on a 3:1 Roster

💰Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience

Availability: Immediate Start Preferred

We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive Administrator/ Junior HSE to join our growing team. The job would initially be from our Whyalla project and moving on with the team to various projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the daily and operational administration tasks

Maintain accurate filing systems and administrative records (scanning, filling etc)

Coordinate general project requirement

Provide admin support to operational teams and management

Assist in implementing company and client safety systems whilst building on the company's safety culture

Assist in incident investigations, inspections and hazard observations

What We’re Looking For:

Have previous experience in Administration or similar roles

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, document management systems)

Strong and professional communication and organisational abilities

Highly motivated and detailed- oriented to work in a fast pace environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in work health and safety or currently studying Cert IV in work health and safety

Strong understanding of current WHS legislation

Must have a White Card, Current First Aid and CPR
