We are looking for a junior & experienced general landscaper & labourer to join our small team to provide a variety of professional services including gardening, preventative maintenance, and landscaping as required by our clients in both the residential and commercial fields. Work will also include assisting with landscape projects as required.

This role will appeal to someone who is hardworking and has general construction skills. You will work in a small team environment, be self-motivated and able to work independently. You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs to varying premises, parks, and streetscapes throughout Adelaide!

You need to be someone who takes direction well and is capable of problem solving whilst being able to work unsupervised and at pace. There is a continual need to interface with our office, our customers and as such the person we are looking for must have strong communication skills, excellent customer service, a positive can-do attitude, plus patience and responsibility.

The Successful Applicant will possess:

· Proven experience within trades and the general landscape industry with the ability to complete daily assigned tasks essential.

· Be a strong all-rounder with a wide range of trade skills

· Handle tasks thoroughly and with a sense of urgency

· The ability to swiftly identify and evaluate day-to-day problems and the ability to correct them.

· A strong ability to prioritise tasks and follow up as necessary.

· The capacity to work unsupervised and within a team environment.

· Have a sound knowledge and be competent in the use of basic hand and power tools.

· Ensure all works carried out are completed well and of a high standard.

· Positive attitude and desire to excel

· Excellent grooming and presentation

· A professional approach when dealing with staff, suppliers, sub-contractors and clients

· Understanding of how to work in a safe manner and adhere to current WH&S legislation and guidelines.

· Willing to wear and use correct PPE.

You must have or be willing/able to provide the following:

· Ability to use app technology to communicate and receive tasks

· Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English

· A current, valid drivers licence and a reliable vehicle.

· Current OHS White Card (within 2 years)

· A strong work ethic, punctual and ability to work flexible hours when required.

· Two contactable referees within last 12 months of employment

· Be eligible to work in Australia
