About the role

Hennig & Co Surveyors Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Land Development Administration professional to join our team in North Plympton, SA. In this vital role, you will provide administrative support for our land development projects, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of all related applications and processes.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and maintain all administrative tasks related to land development projects
• Process client applications, approvals, and other documentation in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government authorities to ensure compliance and progress of projects
• Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping to support the land development workflow
• Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the land development journey

What we're looking for

• Ideally, experience in the surveying industry or previous subdivision knowledge
• Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to ensure accurate and complete documentation
