The Role
As a Senior Project Administrator, you will report to the Project Director and work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple departments. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, overseeing procurement and financial processes, ensuring timely communication among all parties, and supporting the successful execution of residential and commercial development projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee project budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contractor onboarding, and contract administration.
· Coordinate and update project timelines, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
· Prepare and lodge progress claims, variations, and related documentation.
· Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
· Maintain comprehensive and well-organised project records in line with QA and compliance standards.
· Provide high-level administrative support to project and site teams.
· Mentor and support junior project staff as required.
About You
· Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project administration role, ideally within property development or construction.
· Strong financial acumen and contract administration skills.
· Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
· Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
