Your Mission
Support our incredibly vital Fundraising, Retail and Support Services portfolios with a strong focus on our key Volunteer workforce!
Partner directly with our Executive and senior leaders to translate ambitious strategies into people-powered solutions. You'll drive talent management, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that directly enable our teams to reach more children in need.
What you'll drive:
- Strategic Impact: Turn business strategy into actionable people plans that amplify our reach and effectiveness
- Talent Excellence: Design succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies for our most critical roles
- Culture Transformation: Lead change initiatives that strengthen our mission-driven culture and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Data-Driven Insights: Use people analytics to identify opportunities and measure the human impact of our organizational decisions
What You Bring
- Proven HR Business Partner experience in complex, multi-location organizations
- Strong business acumen with expertise in organizational psychology and change management
- Advanced coaching skills and passion for developing leadership capabilities
- Experience with people analytics and evidence-based decision making
- Current knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
