The Role
As the People & Culture Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for all things people. Sitting at the heart of the business, you’ll help shape the employee experience across multiple regions, ensuring the culture stays as bold and distinctive as the brand itself. You’ll work closely with leaders and team members, providing expert HR advice while supporting the rollout of global people initiatives. This is a high-touch, high-impact role that blends day-to-day HR operations with longer-term strategic work.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to coach, guide, and support on ER matters, performance management, and team development
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support the rollout of key people programs, including engagement surveys, DE&I initiatives, and policy updates
• Provide hands-on HR admin support across employment contracts, compliance, and systems

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in a generalist HR or People & Culture role, ideally in fashion, retail, or fast-paced consumer brands
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and ER frameworks
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and scaling HR operations in a growing business
• Strong attention to detail, with solid admin and communication skills
