Responsibilities:

Warm Reception: Be the welcoming face and voice of our company by greeting and welcoming customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Efficient Communication: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual, ensuring that callers receive prompt and accurate assistance.

Administrative Support: Provide valuable administrative support to various departments, as needed, to facilitate smooth business operations.

Maintaining a Welcoming Environment: Ensure the reception area and kitchen are tidy, well-organized, and presentable, creating a positive impression for all visitors.

Data Management: Assist with electronic filing and data entry tasks, helping to maintain organized and easily accessible records.

Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail efficiently and accurately.

Facilities Management: Oversee conference room and board room bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling for meetings and events.

Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure essential items are always available for the team.

Skills/Experience:

Previous administration or reception experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional phone manner, with the ability to create a positive and professional impression.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A commitment to maintaining a well-groomed and business-like appearance.
