About the role

Metroll Perth is seeking a highly organised and personable Receptionist / Customer Service professional to join our team in our Kewdale, WA office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing excellent front-of-house customer service, managing incoming communications, and supporting the wider administrative functions of the business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner

Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area

Providing general administrative support, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry

Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events

Ordering and maintaining office supplies

Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably within a similar industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders

Strong organisational and multi-tasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

Proficiency in using common office software, including Microsoft Office suite

A positive, friendly, and professional attitude

Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
