About the role

Westcoast Property Sales is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Real Estate Receptionist to join our team in Safety Bay, WA. As the first point of contact for our clients, this full-time role is crucial in providing exceptional service and support to our growing real estate business. You will be responsible for managing the office's front desk, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and playing a vital part in the day-to-day operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and prospective tenants/buyers in a professional and friendly manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and other inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Scheduling and coordinating appointments, inspections and viewings

Providing administrative support to the sales and property management teams

Maintaining and updating client and property databases

Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and listings

Ordering and restocking office supplies as needed

Adhering to company policies, procedures and real estate industry standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Proficient in using computer software including Microsoft Office suite and real estate-specific databases

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

A friendly, professional and positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork

Knowledge of real estate industry regulations, procedures and best practices is highly desirable
