In this multifaceted role, you’ll own the sales pipeline, generating & converting leads, into loyal guests through sharp strategy and proactive outreach.

You’ll be the connector — building relationships, creating buzz-worthy events, and working alongside, global and local leadership teams, as well as marketing & operations to ensure the venue runs like a well-oiled, fun-filled machine.

Skills & Competencies

Metrics-driven: work in line with deadlines and objectives, with an eye for creativity and brand.

KPI Engagement: Understand the relationships between KPIs and results - strive toward achieving desired KPI results.

Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.

Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.

Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
