Sales Coordination

Prepare and finalise Channel Sales Agreements and Sales Authorities.

Prepare, issue, and track property contracts via DocuSign, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Liaise with clients and stakeholders during pre-sales and post-sales to ensure all deposits and settlement milestones are met.

Collaborate with the finance team and stakeholders to ensure timely settlements.

Understand and manage legal aspects of property contracts, including compliance with FIRB, finance conditions, and title requirements.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and referral partners and stakeholders.

Ensure client and vendor interactions are professional and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Source and acquire suitable property options from developers and vendors.

Provide tailored property recommendations to the sales team based on client needs and sales strategy.

Conduct due diligence research and analysis on acquisition opportunities.

Coordinate inspections, valuations, and maintain property listing portals.

Liaise with builders, developers, valuers, mortgage brokers, and other external parties.

Prepare and send marketing emails to promote property listings.

Organise property content and collateral for local and international marketing events.

Maintain and update Salesforce and internal CRM tools with accurate client and sales data.

Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum Cert IV in Real Estate

- Experience in property contracts & trust accounting advantageous

- Previous experience in off-the-plan packages, apartments & properties – specifically with channel sales industry

- Knowledge with property & construction terminology, processes and documentation

- Excellent computer literacy skills, including: MS Office, Salesforce, and other software

- Excellent customer service & negotiation skills

- Highly organized with attention to detail

- Can do attitude and solution driven

- Excellent time management skills working in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to communicate with clients in Vietnamese is highly desired but not required
