Location: Based in Moorebank, NSW (Hybrid role – some on-site work required)
Type: Casual – 2 x 5 hours days per week
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with potential for long-term
About Us
Sydney Central Pumps is a leading provider of water pump solutions across greater Sydney. From installation to urgent repairs and ongoing maintenance, we service residential, commercial, and industrial clients with expert care and fast response times.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a sharp and motivated Marketing & Sales Administrator to help drive leads, improve our digital presence, and support customer relationships – all while working closely with our small, friendly team.
About the Role
This is a casual, flexible role that combines digital marketing, sales support, and admin tasks. You’ll help bring in new business, keep our brand front of mind, and support our director & service manager with outreach, content, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation – Identify and research commercial, strata & industrial prospects (e.g. strata, building & facility managers)
Cold Calling & Appointment Booking – Call new leads and book service or sales appointments
Email Marketing – Draft and send regular campaigns to existing and prospective clients
Social Media Management – Create and schedule posts on Instagram & LinkedIn
CRM & Admin – Maintain lead/contact lists and follow-up logs
Customer Relations – Support client communication, follow-ups, and proposal delivery
LinkedIn Outreach – Build and manage connections, post relevant updates, and nurture contacts
Occasional Site Visits – Assist with photos, job documentation, or meeting clients on-site as needed (within Sydney)
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication skills (both written and phone)
Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport
Experience with digital marketing tools (Lana, Mailchimp, Meta, LinkedIn)
Highly organised and confident working independently
Marketing, admin, or sales experience preferred – especially in trade, construction, or service industries
Driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred
