Client:
FutureYou is delighted to be partnering with a growing national organisation to find a capable, detail-oriented Paralegal to join their in-house legal/commercial team.
This is a newly created position based in their North Sydney office, born out of business expansion and a need to centralise and strengthen contract support processes. Previously handled by legal counsel, this broader role will suit someone with strong contract administration experience and the confidence to work across functions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee contract administration processes
• Assist with negotiation support, document review, and approvals
• Maintain legal and compliance records
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
• Ensure operational accuracy and commercial efficiency

About You:

• Proven contract administration experience
• Legal background/training preferred but not essential
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, personable, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable
• Comfortable working in a lean, agile environment
